Daily Reflections (challenges, insights, musings):

It was a rough night with car campers making all sorts of joyful noise at 3 am. Woke up groggy but determined and started hiking at 7 am. Passed about 50 cars and tents along the road – Coloradans sure do love their nature. After an hour of walking, Connor from Minnesota picked me up, working remotely as an IT consultant. We chatted about AI replacing jobs, though he wasn’t too worried. Couldn’t help much with my take on AI – just a bunch of buzzwords floating in my brain!

Met up with Wild Flower at The Pad and recharged with some coffee, catching Messi’s return to Miami – pure magic. Our day slowly turned into a resupply marathon – breakfast at Nomad, recharging phones, hunting for gas canisters, and even ice cream at Wendy’s. All the important stuff.

When we finally started hiking again, we were both slow and steady. Set up camp by a ledge near a waterfall, and Wild Flower cooked bean tortillas while I set up the tent. Rain came in, so we dined cozily inside the tent. Tomorrow’s another day. Natti natti
