Daily Reflections:
Used my Garmin to pace myself, and it worked. Enjoyed a swim—should always take the chance to do that. Had nice encounters with hikers, and a deer kept me company at camp. Listened to a book for 30 minutes to keep up my motivation. Missing Lanski a lot.
